loosely based on the gritty optical soundtrack of the opening scenes to Ridley Scott’s Alien, these are just some of the base sounds I’ve created for the Hacker’s computer interface. Like the robot fly sounds, these are mapped to the keyboard also and can be performed to picture. There are similar sets for CU, short and far.

I’ve built up a library of about 80 clicks zaps and buzzes for the robot fly. I’m able to map these to a keyboard and perform them to picture. This is an example of what I think he sounds like.

Above is an example of the joy and flexibility of multi layer guns. Each set of shots is built from the same 5 core layers.  Adjusting panning and level of any of the layers gives you great control over distance and perspective while keeping a sense that it’s the same weapon.
